How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders process between 1-3 business days. Unless it is specified in the product description of different processing times. .

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accepts returns if you contact us within 7 business days after your item was delivered.

I stay in SoCal, can I pick up my order?

Because we do Pop Up Shops monthly, there will always be a location that you can pick up your orders from. All you need is a copy of your receipt.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Depending on which shipping rate you choose most packages arrive within 5 business days.
